Bollywood Superstar Salman Khan is all set to return as the host for the brand-new season
of India’s most popular reality TV show, Bigg Boss 16. Promos and snippets are already out
and fans can’t keep calm until the much-anticipated premiere this weekend.
Last night was also the launch of BB16 and Salman made some interesting revelations in his
interaction with the media.
He rubbished the rumours of getting a remuneration of 1000 crores for being the host of the
show. He said, “If I ever get paid Rs 1000 crore, I would never work in my life.”
When questioned on losing temper and getting affected by contestants, he replied, “It
doesn’t affect me, I have other problems to deal with”.
The mega superstar agreed that while it ‘irritates’ him, he also knows that the channel is
‘majboor’ to take him. Salman answered in the most cheeky manner, “If not me, who then.
However, if it was on them, they wouldn’t come to me. Main khud apne paas na jaun. But
inke paas option nahi hai,”
On being asked about what keeps him from coming back to the show each season, he said,
“Bohot kuch sikhne ko milta hai. I get to meet so many people and whenever everyone goes
off track, I like getting them back on the right way. I protect the bullied and bully the ones
who bully.
The Tiger 3 star also talked about how the contestants chose to play a false game in the
recent seasons instead of showing their true personality. “They think we don’t see anything
but we can see everything”, he added.

Last night, BB7 winner Gauahar Khan hosted the launch of the new season where Salman
Khan introduced Tazakistan singer Abdu Rozik as the first confirmed contestant of the show.
Other almost confirmed contestants include Sumbul Touqueer, Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia and
Gautam Vig.

Bigg Boss 16 premieres this Saturday at 9:30 pm on Colors TV.
