In Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Armaan’s cousins are making efforts to bring him and Abhira closer. Abhira arrives at Armaan’s house for dance practice, but as she reaches the gate, she accidentally injures her face. Seeing her wound, Armaan panics and rushes toward her in front of everyone. Just then, Krish brings a bowl filled with slips, and everyone has to pick one to choose their dance partner. Abhira picks a slip that has Armaan’s name on it. She immediately refuses to dance with him. The family members also question the game’s fairness. Abhira decides to pick another slip, hands the bowl to Armaan, and draws a second slip—again, it says his name. When she tries a third time, the result is the same.
