YouTuber and podcaster Ranveer Allahbadia, widely known as “BeerBiceps,” found himself at the center of a legal storm. On Friday, he appeared before the Assam police in Guwahati for questioning. The FIR cited sections of the IT Act, the Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition) Act, 1986, and other laws addressing obscene acts and insulting a woman’s modesty. The complaint, filed by Alok Boruah from Guwahati, claimed that the remarks caused significant harm to public decency. Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma even announced the FIR on his social media platforms, amplifying public attention.
