According to reports, Shefali suffered a cardiac arrest at her Mumbai residence. Her husband, actor Parag Tyagi, along with three others, rushed her to Bellevue Multispeciality Hospital. Tragically, doctors declared her brought dead upon arrival. Her body was later transferred to Cooper Hospital for post-mortem formalities.
