Popular and handsome actor Ankit Gupta gained popularity from TV shows ‘Udaariyaan’ and ‘Bigg Boss’. The actor is now all set to make a comeback on TV with a new show titled ‘Maati Se Bandhi Dor’.
Ankit will appear alongside actress Rutuja Bagwe.
Rutuja will play the role of a farmer’s daughter. On the contrary, Ankit Gupta will play a rich guy named Rannvijay. The show will air on Starplus.
The first promo of the show is out. It shows the simplicity and rawness of the village life. Rutuja’s character is of a village girl who is looking for a good match. Many marriage pospects have rejected her.
Ankit’s character Rannvijay also brings the marriage proposal, but when he sees Vaiju- farmer’s daughter in the farm in all the dirt, he rejects her and turns away. Vaiju does the same and turns her back at Rannvijay.
The whole promo is wholesome and fans are super excited to see their favorite stars in this exciting new avatars through the village based theme life.
Ankit Gupta’s dear friend Priyanka Chahar Choudhary commented “Congratulations it’s gonna be a hit” on the promo. She also shared the promo over her Instagram stories and wrote “Can’t wait for this, Chaa ja (keep rising)” tagging Ankit Gupta.
