Stand-up comedian Samay Raina recently addressed the controversy surrounding his show, India’s Got Latent, which led him to remove all its episodes from YouTube. The decision has triggered widespread debate, with several television actors and influencers weighing in on the matter. He wrote on his X handle,”Everything that is happening has been too much for me to handle. I have removed all Indias Got Latent videos from my channel. My only objective was to make people laugh and have a good time. I will fully cooperate with all agencies to ensure their inquiries are concluded fairly. Thank you”. And he removed all the videos of India’s Got Latent. Recently Aly Goni also took a stand on this.

Actor Aly Goni publicly defended Samay Raina, expressing disappointment over the removal of all episodes. He stated, “They forced Samay to delete all the episodes of Latent… not cool… that one episode should have been deleted, that’s it. He has worked hard to make this show successful. Where everyone was praising him a few days bacK. Now everyone is against him lol kya yaar”. Goni suggested that only the controversial episode featuring Ranveer Allahbadia should have been taken down.

Many well-known celebrities, including Raftaar, Badshah, Siddhant Chaturvedi, Rakhi Sawant, Tony Kakkar, Tanmay Bhat, Bharti Singh, and Haarsh Limbachiyaa, have served on the jury of India’s Got Latent. Following the controversy, more actors such as Nakuul Mehta, Chhavi Mittal, Rakhi Sawant, Abhinav Shukla, and Uorfi Javed also voiced their opinions. While some criticized the show’s content, others felt that the backlash and legal involvement were excessive.

With Ranveer Allahbadia, Other Panel judges also got reported

On February 10, a formal complaint was filed against Ranveer Allahbadia. Social media personality Apoorva Mukhija, Samay Raina, Jasprit Singh, Ashish Chanchlani, and the show’s organizers are also reported. The complaint, submitted to the Mumbai Commissioner and the Maharashtra Women’s Commission. Accused them of using abusive language during the program.

As the debate intensifies, the incident has sparked discussions about the responsibilities of influencers and content creators in today’s digital landscape. While some fans support Raina, others question the extent of the show’s controversial material. Ensuring that India’s Got Latent remains a topic of heated public discussion.
