Vikrant Decides to Hand Over Rights

In Colors TV’s popular serial Mannat, Vikrant initially won the custody case for Dua. However, instead of celebrating, he was filled with regret. He questioned why he had even filed the case in the first place. His guilt grew stronger when Dua, overwhelmed by fear after learning the truth that Vikrant is her father, fainted. Before losing consciousness, she confessed that she did not want to live with him. This revelation shattered Vikrant’s heart.

Vikrant’s Wins But Regrets

Earlier, Dua spoke warmly with Vikrant. She trusted him. She laughed with him. Yet now, her rejection left him broken. Consequently, He decided to return custody to Mannat. He called his lawyer immediately. He shouted that no one could stop him from giving custody back. He insisted that papers must be prepared at once. He declared that he would fight in court again, but this time to hand custody over.

Neetu’s Opposition

Meanwhile, Neetu tried to stop him. She argued that Mannat and Dua were his right. She claimed Dhairya was snatching them away. Nevertheless, Vikrant refused to accept this logic. He firmly stated that Mannat and Dua were not property. They were not objects to be taken or owned. He reminded Neetu that Dua herself had said she did not want to stay with him.

Vikrant’s Honest Confession

Vikrant admitted that he had failed in his responsibilities. He acknowledged that Dhairya had fulfilled every duty. He emphasized that Dua considered Mannat and Dhairya her true parents. Therefore, she deserved to live with them. He blamed Neetu for pushing him into filing the custody case. He even compared her to Vishakha, accusing her of manipulating him.

The Truth About Yashika

At this point, Yashika’s role also came to light. Neetu revealed that Yashika had warned Vikrant should never enter court, because he would never accept custody without knowing the truth. When he confronted Yashika, she tried to twist the situation. She claimed she only acted to protect Neetu’s health. She insisted she gave ideas to reduce Neetu’s stress. However, he refused to listen. His anger grew.

He made up his mind. He would return custody to Mannat and Dhairya. He no longer wanted to hold on to something that caused pain to Dua. He realized that love cannot be forced. He understood that responsibility cannot be claimed without action. And he accepted that Dua’s happiness lay with her mother and Dhairya.
